This is a brand new condition, 2011 Gibson Custom Shop 1959 Historic Les Paul R9 Standard TBK (trans black) Gloss finish. It is magnificent in its appearance. It has all the 1959 R9 amenities of 2011 such as bumble bee caps, CTS pots, ABR-1 Bridge, dual burst buckers with gloss covers. The body is solid mahogany with a two piece book matched 7A maple quilt top. The back is solid black gloss. The neck chunky mahogany , with a single layer rosewood fingerboard inlayed with green lemon trapezoids in acrylic or mother of pearl. It comes with the OHSC which was the black one, with purple insert back in 2011 (remember them?). It has all the hang tags still attached, the COA, and all the paperwork, including the original carton which is tag matched. The serial number is an all American- 9 1776 -. Satisfaction is guaranteed. Returns for incorrect listings, or defects with the guitar. In other cases may incur a 5% restocking fee. As this is considered a used guitar by Gibson, we cannot offer you their warranty. However this guitar is brand new, unplayed, and we will stand behind it, and anything else that we sell.
