Thanks for coming to this site.  Panther Guitars was started about 10 years ago as a hobby, in Princeton, New Jersey.  The hobby quietly became a business through the now available on-line market place, such as Ebay, Gbase, and Reverb.  Ebay was our greatest growth vehicle and we use the user name Phazyme.  Our reputation is stellar with several thousand sales both on and off Ebay, with a 100% feedback on Ebay. 

We are a registered LLC in the State of New Jersey, which requires us to collect sales tax within the state, but not to other states.  We also have to answer any public complaints which we have never had.  Our byword is Honesty.

We use FedEx exclusively.  Insured.  We also have a 14 day return policy if not satisfied.  Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the guitar is defective in which case we pay both ways.  We have a flat rate domestically of $35.00 FedEx Ground insured.  Overnight can be as much as $200.00 depending on the value of the guitar and the destination.

International shipping charges are by destination.  To Western Europe the Fedex International Air, 3 to 5 days, is about $300.00.  To the Pacific region, to Australia and beyond, is about $400.00.  There are some areas of the world to which we cannot ship, as ordained by FedEx.  Other than those few places we will ship anywhere.  

We will shortly be able to accept credit cards.  For now, we will accept PayPal, personal checks, and bank wire.
